Cancellation & Replacement Policy – Afanin Fatima

At Afanin Fatima, we aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. However, if you wish to cancel an order or request a replacement, please review the following conditions:


1. Order Cancellation

  • Customers may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

2. Replacement Conditions

A replacement may be requested if:

  • The wrong product was sent by the merchant.

  • The product is defective.

  • The product was damaged during shipping.

  • The item was not delivered within the agreed timeframe.


3. Reporting Timeline

  • Customers must report a cancellation or replacement request within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Requests made after this period will not be accepted.


4. Process for Replacement

  • To initiate a replacement, email us at afaninfatima@gmail.com with your order number, product details, and reason for replacement.

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will send you instructions on how to return the item (if applicable).

  • A replacement product will be shipped once the returned item is received and inspected.


5. Conditions & Exclusions

  • Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with original packaging.

  • Customized, personalized, or digital/downloadable products are not eligible for cancellation or replacement unless defective.

  • Shipping fees for replacements are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue was due to an error by the merchant (wrong item, defective, or damaged).
